Located in Highland, NY and nearby to New Paltz and Poughkeepsie, this home is a retreat with private trails to views of the Walkway Over the Hudson, a hot tub and multiple entertaining areas. The stylishly appointed home includes 3 bedrooms, two deck areas for outdoor entertaining, along with a gas grill and an outdoor wood burning fireplace for all-year entertaining.
KITCHEN: The large kitchen includes ample counter space as well as a gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave and large stainless steel refrigerator, and a large breakfast bar with seating for four (4+). Also features a Keurig coffee maker, automated tea kettle and toaster. Fun activities include: pasta maker and ice cream maker; also a Kitchen-Aid mixer.
LIVING SPACE: The living room features mid-century modern décor with a vaulted ceiling, seating for family and friends, dining room with seating for 10, large 75 inch TV and Malm electric fireplace for ambience. A separate family room on the opposite side of the house offers more space to watch TV (medium sized TV with streaming options) or unwind as well as a separate area for WFH.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The house offers everything you need for year-round entertaining. Features include a multi-level deck with access a gas fired grill, outdoor lounge area with chiminea and a back deck with fully-private nine-person hot tub (can be used without heat as a plunge pool for summer entertaining).
VISITING FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION? With all of the space available, feel free to ask about booking a private wine tasting, private yoga session or massage therapist. We can help you book a special treat to make your stay unique!
